Terms and Conditions
I hereby abide and agree the terms and conditions as stated below, and/or understand that seller (UnlimitedStyle) bears no consequences if buyer (I) has any breach of the below-stated terms and conditions.
1. Arrival of goods will take approximately 3 weeks after the closure of pre-order date.
2. Closure of pre-order date would fall in every second Friday of the month.
3. Availability of goods will be informed via reply of e-mail once there is confirmation from our suppliers.
4. Upon confirmation of order, transferring of the exact amount as indicated in the invoice is a must, otherwise, no order will be made.
5. Goods sold are inrefundable or exchangeable.
6. Cancellation of goods after confirmation of order is not allowed and buyer will bear any/all the consequences.
7. Due to mass production, there might be a difference of 2-3cm in measurement.
8. Due to monitor resolution, the might be a slight colour difference.
9. All items are new and correct as in the time of delivery.
10. UnlimitedStyle will send an update via e-mail if it will take more than 4 weeks for the delivery of goods.
11. For Top/Shorts/Scarf/Skirt/Legging/Cardigan/Belt
.. Normal postage will be $1.00, subsequence item additional charges of $0.50
.. Registered Postage will be $3.50, subsequent item additional charges of $0.50 (Highly Recommended)
12. For Dress/Jacket/Pants/Jeans/Bag/Shoes (Heavier & Bulky Items)
.. Normal Postage will be $2, subsequence item additional charges of $0.50
.. Registered Postage will be $4, subsequence item additional charges of $0.50 (Highly recommended)
13. UnlimitedStyle is not liable for any loss of e-mails and goods sold.
14. Meet-ups are only available at selected MRT stations: Woodlands/ Boon Lay.
15. All meetups will be subjected to availibility of UnlimitedStyle
